The staff of Trinity Medical Associates of Hardin Valley

IMG_0935Alaina “Lainy” Daleiden-Rediger is Trinity Direct Primary Care’s DPC Coordinator.  As the DPC coordinator she is responsible for many of the administrative duties of the DPC program across all locations as well as being a resource for questions regarding the program for both patients and the community.   Lainy began working for Trinity Medical Associates in July of 2015 as part of our front office staff.  Since January of 2017, she has also worked part time in the billing department.  Starting January of 2018 she has assumed the role of DPC Coordinator and will work full time in the Hardin Valley office.

Lainy and her husband Luke met in 2014 as students at a year long school of Missions and Evangelism called Missio Dei. They both enjoy studying church doctrine and theology and lead a small group for young adults at their church. Married in 2016, they don’t have any children yet, but they do love to spoil their very sassy black cat named Moley.  Lainy’s hobbies include reading, writing, and amateur nature photography. She also loves to travel and spend time outdoors, especially in the Smoky Mountains.

She is very excited to join the Direct Primary Care Program and be a part of serving her community in such a crucial way.

IMG_1333Lisa Baily, RN graduated from Lincoln Memorial University in May 2000 and began working with Knox County Schools as a school nurse. During this time, she discovered her love of working with children. After working in this role for nine years, she left the school system to work in a residential treatment facility for adolescents and teenagers with behavioral and mental health issues.

Lisa has a one year old daughter and a three year old Chesapeake bay retriever. She enjoys spending time with her family, crafts  and traveling. One of her favorite craft hobbies is making beautiful bows. She made bows for numerous weddings as well as elaborate bows for Christmas trees and wreaths.

Lisa began with Trinity Direct Primary Care in the Fall of 2017 and works full time with Dr. McColl in the Hardin Valley office.  She is very excited to be a part of Trinity medical team and is looking forward to getting to know the patients as well as caring for their needs.

Carly Slagle headshotCarly Slagle is a Registered Dietitian.  Born and raised in Knoxville, she graduated from The University of Tennessee in 2016 with a Bachelors Degree in Health and Human Sciences, majoring in Nutrition. She then went on to complete a Dietetic Internship Program, working some of her rotations at Trinity Medical Associates. She fell in love with the practice during her time there and is so excited to officially be a part of it.

She loves spending time with her husband, family and friends. Her hobbies include running/training for marathons and cooking with her husband Scott, who is the better chef of the house. They have been married since summer of 2016 and have a cat named Pedro, who acts like a dog most of the time. Her favorite place in the world is the beach. She has a passion for helping people make healthy lifelong changes through Nutrition and is looking forward to being a part of that journey for patients.
