“How is talking to someone going to help?”

Biblical Counseling

Simply coping with our problems is not enough. We need the real change that comes from God through the resources He makes available. Biblical counseling helps us see our problem from God’s perspective. With Biblical counseling, it does not take years to see results – change can take place quickly as God’s Word is applied.

“With God are wisdom and strength, He has counsel and understanding.”
Job 12:13

“Have you heard the counsel of God? Do you limit your wisdom to yourself?”
Job 15:8

Core Values

When entering into counseling, it is crucial to know the core values and beliefs of your counselor. We work from a Bible-based value system. We believe that God, in His Word, has provided practical solutions for our deepest human problems.

Your Local Church

We recognize the importance of the church and we are here to serve them. If you attend a local church, we encourage you to consider inviting your pastor or other church leaders to join you in the counseling process.

“A wise man will hear and increase learning, and a man of understanding will attain wise counsel.” – Proverbs 1:5

Cost of Counseling

Counseling is offered to patients for $50/hour.  Appointments are either 1 or 1.5 hours in duration depending on the needs of the counselee.  Patients with financial difficulties can discuss a sliding scale fee schedule with their counselor.  Payment is expected at the time of service by the rendering office.
